Best Self
We never would leave the house in the morning without our mobile or laptops charged, yet we do so ourselves on a regular basis. Why would we start any interaction "one down", with our physical bodies not fully rested, exercised or fed? Likewise, how about our emotional, intellectual or spiritual energy? By bringing our best selves to every situation, we are poised for more effective relationships and more collaborative teaming in the places that matter to us.
